De originele woning werd ontworpen in 1960 en gebouwd in 1962.
Een kleine 10 jaar geleden wisselde de woning voor de laatste keer van eigenaar die het interieur grondig aanpakte.
Alles werd naar een hedendaagse indeling en comfort aangepast.
Nu een decennium later wensen zij hun keuken uit te breiden alsook het terras.
Tevens dromen ze al lang over een zwembad, poolhouse met sauna en jacuzzi.
Met respect voor de villa, ontwierpen wij hun wensen zonder aan de bovenverdieping te moeten raken.
Initieel was de glooiing in hun tuin voor ons een struikelblok, maar bij nader inzicht werd het een zegen en konden wij een zwembad met een glazen wand perfect integreren in het terrein.
Als extra voorzagen wij ook een stijlvol waterelement dat tevens dienst doet als buitendouche.
La maison d'origine a été conçue en 1960 et construite en 1962.
Il y a près de 10 ans, la maison a changé de propriétaire pour la dernière fois qui a complètement changé l'intérieur. Tout a été adapté à un aménagement et un confort contemporains.
Aujourd'hui, une décennie plus tard, ils souhaitent agrandir leur cuisine et la terrasse.
De plus, ils rêvent depuis longtemps d'une piscine, d'un pool house avec sauna et jacuzzi.
Dans le respect de la villa, nous avons conçu leurs souhaits sans avoir à toucher à l'étage.
Initialement, la pente de leur jardin était une pierre d'achoppement pour nous, mais en y regardant de plus près, c'est devenu une bénédiction et nous avons pu parfaitement intégrer une piscine vitrée dans le site.
En supplément, nous avons également fourni un élément d'eau élégant qui sert en même temps de douche extérieure.

Everything was adapted to a contemporary layout and comfort.
Now, a decade later, they wish to expand their kitchen and the terrace.
In addition, they have long dreamed about a swimming pool, pool house with sauna and jacuzzi.
With respect for the villa, we designed their wishes without having to touch the top floor.
Initially, the slope in their garden was a stumbling block for us, but on closer inspection it became a blessing and we were able to perfectly integrate a glass-walled swimming pool into the site.
As an extra, we provided a stylish water element that also serves as an outdoor shower.
